About the Role

As Centre Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of a vibrant early learning service.

n

You'll create a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace for children and families, while leading a motivated team and ensuring strong operational and educational outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Leading daily operations of the centre
n
- Supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning programs
n




- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
n
- Managing staffing, compliance, budgets, and administration
n
- Ensuring compliance with NQF and WHS requirements
n
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing centre culture
n

What You'll Bring

n

- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (as required)
n
- Current First Aid, Child Protection & Food Safety + valid WWCC certifications
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
- Confidence managing centre operations and supporting teams
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and leadership
