As the weather warms up and the season gets busy, we're growing the team at Pony. We're looking for a bartender who takes pride in the craft and loves the buzz of a full room.

About us Pony is a small, busy neighbourhood restaurant in Armadale. We're part of our community, and we're here for it. We work closely, move quickly and keep things easy: good food, good wine, good cocktails and great people.

The role

Lead day-to-day bar service in a busy dispense bar, keeping drinks fast, consistent and beautifully made

Batch our house cocktails and prep syrups and other bar essentials

Keep the bar spotless, organised and ready for service

Have the chance to help shape our cocktail menu, if that's your thing

About you

2+ years of bartending experience,



with strong classic cocktail and spirits knowledge

Fast, calm and efficient under pressure, with a warm, welcoming manner

Someone who cares about the details, from a well-balanced drink to a clean station

A valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
