About The Role As a Part-Time Services Assistant, you’ll play an significant role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Working within a residential aged care setting, you’ll be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, shared areas, and facilities while upholding high standards of hygiene and infection control.

This is a Part-Time opportunity and requires a reliable team member who is flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends where required.

No two days are the same! As a Cleaning Services Assistant, you will:

Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared living areas in line with infection control standards

Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lounges, dining rooms, corridors, and staff areas

Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment according to workplace procedures

Dispose of waste and manage linen in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines

Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality standards
