ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Kokoda Barracks, Canungra. This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for flexible part-time work in a supportive and structured environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with drinks in the bar and food preparation, service and cleaning duties

Deliver friendly and professional customer service

Support dining room and service operations

Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards

Keep work areas clean and organised

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred





Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable with adaptable availability

Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

QLD RSA

Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
