ECMS is excitedto be growing, and we're looking for passionate and experienced early childhoodprofessionals to join our team in combined Nominated Supervisor & Early ChildhoodTeacher roles,as we prepare to open new sessional kindergarten services across the City of Casey in 2027.

We have severalrewarding combined leadership and teaching roles our in our upcoming services across Melbourne's South-East, including Clyde, Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Berwick, which will see you deliverhigh-quality kindergarten programs while leading and supporting a team ofeducators. Through mentoring, coaching and professional development, you willhelp foster a culture of excellence, ensure compliance and operational success,and create positive outcomes for children and families.

Withpositions available from 33.75 hours per week, you will receive dedicatedleadership time to support your responsibilities as Nominated Supervisor,enabling you to effectively lead your team, maintain regulatory compliance, andcultivate a positive, inclusive,



and high‑quality service environment. There is also anopportunity for the successful candidate to undertake the role of EducationalLeader, supporting curriculum development, pedagogical practice, and continuousimprovement across the service.

You have experience creating and implementing high quality and inclusive programs for children.

You have exceptional knowledge of the child safe standards, early childhood regulations and frameworks.

You hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a current WWCC/VIT, Mandatory Reporting Certificate, Foundations of Child Safety training certificate, Police Check, and First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certificate.

About the role

- You’ll build strong collaborative relationships with parents, families, educators and the local community to provide an inclusive and enriching play‑based learning program for children.
- You’ll lead and support a team of educators by coaching to improve practice and values‑driven behaviour.
- You’ll motivate and inspire positive learning culture.
- You’ll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.
- You’ll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
- You’ll contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis.
