About the role

As Bid & Tenders Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning the business for success on tier-one projects and government panels. You’ll:

- Reporting to and assisting the Senior Bids & Tenders Advisor with bid process for EOIs, RFQs, and major tenders bringing structure, creativity, and compliance.
- Maintain and improve panel registers, monitor government portals, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Build and manage a library of collateral with project snapshots, CVs, compliance docs (H&S;, Modern Slavery).
- Collaborate with technical experts and directors to craft persuasive, visually compelling submissions.
- Use InDesign and Adobe Suite to elevate high-value proposals with design flair.
- Report on tender outcomes, providing insights to shape future strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and content, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
- Manage end to end bids and submissions with certain criteria and value up to $100K, ensuring completion to a high standard.

About you

- 2-3 years' experience in bids, tenders, or marketing/comms work.
- Construction or property sector experience highly regarded & experience in responding to government grants, bids or tenders is strongly preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and InDesign (Adobe Suite experience a plus).
- Exceptional time management and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- A creative eye for design and strong written communication skills.
- High EQ and stakeholder management skills you know how to collaborate across teams.
- Organised, methodical, and curious - always looking for ways to improve.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is essential.
