We are seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager to join our professional and supportive team. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with robust communication and client relationship skills. Previous experience in Strata/Body Corporate management is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Manage an allocated portfolio of Body Corporate schemes.
- Convene and attend Body Corporate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices and minutes.
- Follow up meeting actions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with Owners, Committees and other stakeholders.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist Senior Body Corporate Managers with complex matters.
- Maintain accurate records and owner information.
- Manage insurance claims and assist with policy renewals.
- Complete general administrative, legislative and compliance requirements.
