About the role

Childcare Educators at our Frankston South and Hastings Centre. We are all about communication and really enjoying the journey with our little learners. Amazing play spaces are so significant for our Children, Families, and Educators so we can all feel comfortable and happy in a warm, natural environment. We love our Reggio Emilia influenced classrooms with all natural resources offered to inspire our children, whilst offering our amazing Educators a beautiful place to spend time with each other and their Children. Small classrooms are a must for our Children, so they can feel safe and secure, every day.

Key responsibilities

- Educate and care for children in a Reggio Emilia inspired environment




- Communicate with families about their child's learning and development
- Create and maintain a calm, inviting atmosphere in the classroom
- Work alongside a caring team to support children's wellbeing and learning
- Spend time educating and having fun with children

About you

- Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education
- Working with Children's check
- Willingness to learn about Reggio Emilia inspired programs
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written
- Love spending time educating and having fun with children
- Really want to care for our little learners
