Cosmetic Skin Clinic Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Receptionist & Client Coordinator to join our premier aesthetic and cosmetic skin clinic in North Sydney. You will be the first welcoming face and voice of our clinic, delivering exceptional, high-end care to every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key responsibilities

Warmly greet clients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a pristine, luxurious reception area

Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries with efficiency and empathy

Assist clients with general questions regarding treatments, pre-and-post care instructions, and clinic policies

Handle patient file management, appointment confirmations, follow ups, and basic point-of-sale processing

Work closely with our clinicians, nurses,



and dermal therapists to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

Proven experience in medical reception, beauty/cosmetic clinic administration, or high-end hospitality

Impeccable presentation and professional communication skills

Solid computer literacy and familiarity with clinic booking software (Timely) is a plus

A genuine passion for the cosmetic, skin, and beauty industry

Highly organized, calm under pressure, and a proactive team player
