Outbound Call Centre Operator / Appointment Setter

Must have Call Centre outbound appointment setting experience

As a highly motivated Outbound Call Centre Operator/ Appointment Setter, you will enjoy onsite parking, opportunities for bonuses, a professional and ethical work setting with a like-minded team who encourage success.

Operating hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Fridaywith overtime available on Saturdays when required.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

Call prospective clientsand accurately record/update all details (including medical history) within a secureelectronic database

n

Actively listen to findthe clients need and then advise how our therapy can benefit their specific health concern

n





Engage prospects in conversation maintaining call control and generate qualified appointments to consistently meet and exceed set KPI's

n

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

Previous experience warm calling prospective clients andsuccessfully setting appointments for sales consultants

n

Experience in converting high value leads

n

Genuineinterestin helping others improve their quality of life

n

Clear, professional telephone manner and communication skills

n

Ability to engage well with the 50+ age range

n

Resilient attitude focused on results

n

Capable of efficiently building trust and credibility

n

Reliable with excellent attendance record

Basic and accurate computer skills
