JOIN THE MSJ TEAM - JUNIOR/APPRENTICE INSTALLERS AND CABINETMAKERS

MSJ is expanding again in the second half of 2026. We are looking for driven junior tradesman (or apprentices) looking to take the next step with the opportunity to learn under experienced Lead Tradesman. You will have a dedicated tradesman leading you in a team of two.

We're looking for motivated people who take pride in their work and value quality, teamwork, and professionalism. Experience in a cabinetry factory environment or on high-end residential or multi-residential projects is highly regarded. A positive attitude and commitment to doing things properly are essential.
