Junior Property Manager / Property Manager

With 9 office locations across St George, the Shire and South West Sydney, we are seeking a full-time Property Manager / Junior Property Manager to join our team at Brighton-Le-Sands.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Actioning repairs and maintenance requests
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conducting routine inspections
- Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments
- Preparing documentation and attending NCAT when required




- Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering a high level of service

What we're looking for

- Property Management experience, ideally 6 months or more
- Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation
- A genuine passion for Property Management and delivering excellent results
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, essential
