Our CareWorkers are an integral part of the care and support we provide toour residents. Applicants with at least twelve months experience ina similar role will be highly regarded.

AboutYou

Previous experienceworking in an aged care or hospital setting

Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills

Ability to work wellas a team and also independently

Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup

Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations

National Police Checkor NDIS Clearance.

TheRole





Assesscare plans and ensure residents’ needs are met

Ensureservices (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic andinterest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner

Deliver personal caretasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity andrespect

Ensureresidents’ rooms and the facility environment is maintained toan appropriate standard
