Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our Sebastopol team.

We are open to both part time and full-time applicants and can offer flexibility around days of work for the right person.
About the Role Working as part of our supportive reception team, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and visitors and providing a warm, professional experience
Booking and coordinating patient appointments
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing patient information, referrals and payments
Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
Maintaining accurate patient records
Liaising with patients, referrers and clinical staff
Working collaboratively with the wider Vision Radiology team
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous reception or administration experience
Medical or healthcare reception experience is highly regarded but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, professional and patient-focused attitude
A reliable and flexible approach to work
The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
