This is a unique opportunity to work for a global beauty brand in Brisbane, Australia.

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our hard-working, dynamic team in a Permanent Part-Time Dispatch Assistant role. Located in Newstead, this position offers a minimum base of 3 days per week (which may include weekend shifts) with pro-rata permanent benefits (annual leave, sick leave).

n

Please note: Additional hours may be required during peak periods on an as-needed basis, so flexible availability—including weekends, school holidays, and busy trading periods is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

n

n
- Packing and dispatching orders for AU/NZ retailers and ecommerce customers with a high degree of accuracy
n
- Processing retailer and customer returns
n




- Receiving and checking incoming shipments, which may include relocating, reordering and moving bulk inventory
n
- Assisting with other general warehouse and administrative duties, including but not limited to; stocktaking, organising and house keeping
n
- Assisting with the day to day running of the warehouse including answering phones, replying to emails and daily administrative tasks
n
- Preparation of invoices, packing slips and shipping documents
n
- Dispatch of PR and media requests
n

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience in a similar role with knowledge of day-to-day activities
n
- Be able to work as part of a team, follow direction, and prioritise tasks
n
- Be hardworking, solutions-focused and have a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Display ahigh degreeof professionalismand have a high attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Have experience in customer service
n
- EDI experience is beneficial
n

- Must have 3 years experience in a similar role and excellent references
n
- Must have high attention to detail and be motivated
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment
n
- Demonstrated ability to be organised, hard working and good at multi-tasking
