Woolworths Group in Central Queensland seeks a Facilities Manager to lead facilities maintenance across Bundaberg, Gladstone, Childers and Biloela, overseeing a ~150-strong team of internal technicians, a proactive services group and external contractors.

You will coach and develop a diverse workforce, drive end-to-end financial accountability for facilities and maintenance, and deliver proactive strategies to ensure safe, compliant and effective site operations.
