What you'll be creating

Your work will include:

Premium residential, commercial and lifestyle property photography.

Interior, exterior, lifestyle and feature imagery.

Property walkthrough and promotional videos.

Agent profile videos and personal branding content.

Short-form content for social media.

Branded photographic and video content.

Customer testimonials and success stories.

Community partnership, sponsorship and event coverage.

Recruitment, leadership and internal communications content.

Digital assets supporting broader marketing campaigns.

The role also covers the full production process: planning shoots, working with on-camera talent, audio and lighting, photography and video editing, colour grading, captions, sound and delivery across the required platforms.

What we're looking for

This role needs someone who can actually produce the work, so a strong creative portfolio and demonstrated hands-on experience will matter.

You'll ideally bring:

Demonstrated experience in photography, videography and digital content production.

Strong photography, videography and visual storytelling skills.

Experience with professional camera, video and editing equipment.

Solid post-production capability across photography and video.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent editing software.

An understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and emerging content trends.





Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple shoots, projects and deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing premium-quality work.

Confidence working with different people and helping them feel comfortable on camera.

The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our Marketing, Sales, Property Management and Leadership teams.

A qualification in photography, videography, media, marketing, communications or a related discipline is desirable. Real estate experience is also desirable, but not essential. A current Victorian Driver Licence is required.

The tools

You’ll work with professional equipment and production platforms, including a Sony a7C II camera, DJI RS3 gimbal, Mavic 4 Pro drone, and DJI wireless microphones, along with creative software and platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve.
