Bureau Veritas is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Sample Processing team in Canning Vale.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work with advanced equipment and automated technology to prepare mining samples for laboratory testing. It's a great opportunity to gain valuable industry experience with a global company and build a long-term career.

About the Role

n

As a General Labourer, you'll play an significant role in preparing mining samples for laboratory testing. Working within a busy production environment, you'll be responsible for safely processing samples while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Preparing mining samples for laboratory testing
n
- Sorting, weighing, crushing and milling samples
n
- Operating specialised processing equipment and robotics
n
- Following strict quality and safety procedures
n
- Maintaining accurate sample identification and handling
n
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
n
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
n

- Are reliable and committed to attendance

- Previous experience in mining, manufacturing, warehousing, production, logistics or labouring is advantageous.

- Physically capable of lifting and handling sample bags up to 15kg
n
- Able to wear all required PPE, including respiratory protection equipment
n
- Clean-shaven while wearing respiratory protection equipment
n
- Available to work rotating day and night shifts
n
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
n

- 24/6 Rotating Roster

- Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
n
- Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am
n
- 24/7 Rotating Roster
n
- Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm

- Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am
