The Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a clinical pharmacist to support comprehensive pharmacy services across maternity, neonatal and women’s health. A regular day includes medication reconciliation, counselling patients and ensuring safe medicine use in collaboration with medical and nursing staff.

You will bring a Bachelor of Pharmacy with full AHPRA registration, robust communication skills, and excellent time management to contribute to a patient-centred care team.
