Multi-Skilled Production Operators

You’ll be part of a production crew responsible for safely and efficiently operating a range of heavy mobile equipment across site. The ability to multi-skill is key to the role, with operators expected to confidently move between equipment types and support production requirements as needed. You’ll be responsible for: Operating

Haul Trucks and Dozers Operating at least one additional machine, including:

Grader Water Truck Loader Excavator





Completing pre-starts and routine equipment inspections Identifying and reporting equipment faults Operating equipment safely and efficiently Working with Supervisors and fellow operators to achieve production targets Following site procedures, safety standards and operational requirements Maintaining equipment care and good housekeeping standards What You’ll Need

We’re looking for operators with a strong production mining background and proven multi-skilled capability. You’ll have: Previous experience operating heavy mobile equipment in a production mining environment Proven experience operating Haul Trucks and Dozers Experience operating at least one of Graders, Water Trucks, Loaders or Excavators Current RII competencies and/or verifiable operating history Strong safety awareness and commitment to secure equipment operation Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively within a production-focused team Ability to meet all site access and pre-employment requirements Flexibility to work a 7/7 rotating day/night roster Join MacKellar
