About the Role As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and growing our market presence across multiple industries.

Generate new business through proactive sales and networking

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify workforce solutions tailored to client needs

Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and close deals

Collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional service

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio

Achieve and exceed sales targets

About You You’ll be someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

Ideally you’ll have:

Proven Business Development or Sales experience

Experience within recruitment or labour hire (highly regarded but not essential)

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

A self-motivated, driven and results-focused attitude

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Current Australian Driver Licence
