Warehouse Operations Coordinator to be the physical backbone of the Melbourne operation: the person making sure gear gets in, gets checked, gets fixed up, and gets back out the door correctly and on time. As well as keeping the warehouse clean, productive and running like a well oiled machine.

Key responsibilities

Accept incoming deliveries with forklift, check against PO, quality inspection

Update inventory in Shopify

Palletise and load outbound wholesale/bulk shipments for courier pickup

Process returns and exchanges — inspect condition, sort stock

Print wholesale POs, hand off to Pick/Pack team, and process invoicing once shipped

Keep the warehouse organised, safe, and easy for anyone to find stock in

Flag stock discrepancies, damaged freight, or anything that doesn't add up

About you

Current forklift licence and hands-on experience

Physical fitness — gear is large and heavy, and this is a hands-on role

Sharp attention to detail — restocking the wrong item to the wrong shelf costs real money

Comfortable following a documented process, but happy to use judgement on the edge cases

Shopify or similar inventory/order system experience highly regarded
