Possability Group is seeking Expressions of Interest from dedicated and compassionate individuals interested in future Support Skilled opportunities across our services. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for upcoming opportunities. While there may not be an immediate vacancy available, all applications will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team and considered as positions arise. About The Role

- Active Support: Develop personal interests, provide personal care, assist with transportation, and coach independent living skills.
- Health Support: Administer and document medication and follow individual health support plans.
- Positive Behaviour Support: Respond to behaviour triggers and support participants using positive behaviour strategies.
- Safeguarding:



Promote the safety and wellbeing of participants through accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to policies and procedures.

About You

- Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, sleepovers, and overnight shifts.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check, and International Police Check (as needed)
- Full unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
