Northcott Therapy in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Recent Graduate Occupational Therapist for a 12-month fixed-term contract from January 2027 to January 2028. You will work with experienced clinicians in a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy helping children and adults achieve goals and build independence.

The role offers a structured 12-week onboarding, weekly supervision, peer mentoring, and ongoing professional development to grow skills from day one.
