About The Role Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of automotive repairs, and a passion for delivering accurate, professional estimates to support our premium clientele. You will play a key role in ensuring our bodyshop operations are efficient, transparent, and aligned with our high-quality brand standards.

In this role you will:

Inspect and assess vehicles for damage and repair requirements

Prepare accurate repair estimates in line with manufacturer standards

Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and the bodyshop team to coordinate repairs

Maintain detailed records of assessments and approvals

Advise the Bodyshop Manager on workflow and repair prioritiesEnsure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer procedures, and quality expectations

Provide excellent customer service and timely updates throughout the repair process





Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator, preferably within luxury or prestige automotive brands

Strong knowledge of automotive repair methods, materials, and manufacturer repair guidelines

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications

Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude
