2IC (Second in Charge)

Dentist WA & Ranford Road Dental Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional to step into a key leadership position within the practice. Working closely with our clinicians and support team, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the practice, helping to drive a positive team culture, deliver exceptional patient care, and support the ongoing success of the business. Work a 9-Day Fortnight! About National Dental Care National Dental Care is one of Australia's largest dental service providers, with a nationwide network of modern dental practices utilising the latest technologies, including digital scanners and CBCT imaging.

About the Role As a 2IC, you’ll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and support each other to ensure the smooth running of the practice.



Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Expected roster:

9-Day Fortnight

7:45am to 5:30pm shifts

Alternative Saturday work required

Skills & Experience To Be Successful, You Will Have:

Minimum

2 years' experience

as a Dental Assistant & Reception

Strong knowledge of dental practice operations

Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regarded

Previous leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience will be highly regarded
