About the Role Own end-to-end control of your rostered shift (4:00am–1:00pm or 11:00am–8:00pm), with a structured two-hour handover One of two Supervisors also covers rostered Saturday morning operations, shared based on business need Convert the approved schedule into safe, compliant and commercially controlled job execution Direct and coach driver performance, monitor job progress, and resolve operational exceptions as they happen Own daily compliance — fatigue, mass, load restraint, pre-starts and NHVR/Chain of Responsibility Be the key link between drivers, scheduling, fleet and customers Substantial operational experience in transport, heavy haulage, road train, crane truck or logistics Demonstrated experience supervising drivers and controlling multiple jobs in a time-critical environment Strong scheduling and dispatch background, with solid NHVR compliance knowledge (fatigue, COR, WHS) Clear,
