Journally Studio

in Prahran, a space where customers can come in and custom design their very own journals.

As we open the studio, we’re building our pilot team, and we’re looking for someone to join us right at the beginning. You’ll work closely alongside our founders as a core member of the team, helping to shape not just our social channels but the next chapter of Journally’s growth story.

The role This is a hands‑on creative role where you’ll own our social presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You’ll dream up the ideas, pick up the camera, speak to our community and bring our brand to life, one story at a time.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and executing social media campaigns from concept to results

Managing our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts day to day

Planning, filming and editing short‑form video content

Showing up confidently on camera, speaking directly to our community

Capturing spontaneous, in‑the‑moment stories and behind‑the‑scenes content

Building and managing gifted collaborations with Instagram creators

Using AI tools to work smarter and keep content flowing

What we’re looking for

Proven experience managing social media for a brand (IG, FB and TikTok)

Strong video skills: planning, filming and editing

A natural storyteller who knows how to make people stop scrolling and feel something

Confidence in front of the camera and a knack for spontaneous content

Experience running influencer or gifted collabs on Instagram

Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity

A genuine love of journaling, stationery and paper (this really matters to us: our community can tell when someone truly gets it)

Bonus points if you have

Cinematic videography skills

Photography and graphic design skills

Podcast editing experience
