What you’ll be doing

Creating and filming content for Instagram, TikTok and paid advertising

Developing Reels, TikToks, Stories, static content and creative concepts

Understanding current social trends and adapting them to our brand rather than copying trends

Growing our social presence and building a genuine community around the brand





Writing strong hooks, captions and ad copy

Identifying the difference between content designed for engagement and content designed to convert

Helping managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns

Testing new creatives, hooks, audiences and campaign concepts

Reviewing performance data and using it to influence future content

Finding new ways to increase brand awareness, traffic and sales

Helping shape the overall creative direction of Cherry Pets as we grow

We’d love someone who

Understands Instagram and TikTok deeply and actually enjoys social media

Has experience creating short-form video content

Is comfortable filming, editing and coming up with ideas independently

Is comfortable filming in public, attending events and confidently approaching people to create fun, engaging organic content

Understands what makes someone stop scrolling

Understands Meta Ads Manager or a strong understanding of paid social

Takes initiative and helping shape the direction of our content

Wants to grow with a small business

Experience with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager and content creation would be highly regarded.
