Farmfresh Fine Foods, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking experienced Food Production Operators to join our team in the Bundaberg & Wide Bay Burnett region of Queensland. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in our production operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of a diverse range of food products. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, value safety and food quality, and want to be part of a team-focused manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing

Operate various food processing equipment and machinery to prepare, manufacture, and package a variety of vegetable products

Adhere to strict quality control, GMP, WHS and food safety protocols throughout the production process

Food safety training will be provided on-site to ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and regulations

Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas

Participate in pre-operational checks, cleaning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

Identify and report production, safety, or quality issues to supervisors

Complete production paperwork and basic production records accurately

Collaborate with team members to support efficient day-to-day production operations

Perform other duties as required to support the overall efficiency of the production facility

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a similar food production or manufacturing role





Experience in any manufacturing environment including food production, general manufacturing, or related industrial operations

Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various production equipment

Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and food safety

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing production requirements and schedules

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and manual handling

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential
