The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experiencedField Service Technicianto join a well established electronic security systems provider experiencing strong growth across Australia.

This organisation specialises in delivering integrated security solutions includingaccess control, CCTV surveillance, alarms, intercom systems and video management platformsto commercial clients across the Country.

n

Due to continued expansion, the company is strengthening its technical team and is seeking a capable and professional technician who enjoys working with advanced security technologies while also building strong relationships with clients.

n

Technicians in this business operate ashybrid technicians, meaning they work across bothinstallation projects and service troubleshooting, allowing you to develop well rounded technical expertise across multiple systems.

The Role

n

n
- Installation and commissioning of integrated security systems
n
- Working withAccess Control, CCTV, alarms and intercom systems
n




- Installing and deploying new security infrastructure and system fit offs
n
- Fault finding and troubleshooting existing security systems
n
- Repairs, diagnostics and preventative maintenance across alarm and CCTV systems
n
- Supporting both project installations and service call outs
n
- Liaising with clients on technical matters and system performance
n
- Managing your own schedule and working independently across field jobs
n
- Delivering high quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
n

n

About You

n

n
- Minimum5 years experience within the electronic security industry
n
- Strong experience withAccess Control systems
n
- Experience with platforms such as:n n
- Inner Range (Integriti)
n
- Tecom / Tecom Challenger / Tecom C4
n
- Gallagher(highly regarded)
n

n
- Experience withVideo Management Systems and NVR platforms, ideally including:n

n
- Genetec
n
- March Networks
n
- Milestone (preferred)
n

n
- Experience working withIP CCTV, VMS platforms, alarms, intercom and access control systems
n
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
n
- Robust time management and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage field service work
n
- Passion for quality work with strong attention to detail
n

- Driver's Licence

- Open Cabling Licence
n
- Elevated Work Platform Licence
n
- Construction Card
n
