Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning (Queensland)

We are a Melbourne-based national commercial cleaning and facility services provider, delivering high-quality services across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Queensland portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across Queensland, ensuring service excellence and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in Queensland
- Maintain and build solid relationships with clients
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and quality standards
- Manage, train, and support site supervisors and staff
- Handle rostering, staffing, and performance management
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth

About You





- Proven experience in operations management (cleaning or similar industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and client management ability
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Results-driven with a focus on service quality and efficiency

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to travel across Queensland as required
- NV1 Security Clearance will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be required to undergo the NV1 Security Clearance process
