We're on the lookout for a passionate and long-term Business Managerfor our Charlestown store to motivate the team, to give 100% customer service to every single customer and develop them to be Weekend & Weekday Warriors. A leader who will run the business like they own it and can develop Boosties to be the next generation of Boost leaders.

So, what are we looking for in a Business Manager?

n

Store Management experience in retail or hospitality is essential.

n

Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.

n





An understanding of P&L;'s and how to influence them

n

Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.

n

Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.

n

Ability to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends.

n

Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!
