Inclusive Employment Consultant About the Role Join our Doveton team to deliver Inclusive Employment Australia support across the Monash region. You’ll help participants prepare for, find and maintain work through tailored coaching, practical job-search support and trusted relationships. Regular travel to Frankston and Koo Wee Rup is required.

Duties

Support participants to identify goals and employment pathways

Prepare participants for applications, interviews and workplace transitions

Build trusted relationships and provide tailored coaching

Connect participants with suitable employment opportunities

Support participants to maintain work and navigate barriers

Skills & Experience

Previous IEA or disability employment-services experience required





Relevant Certificate III/IV or equivalent practical experience

Solid relationship-building and participant communication skills

Confident supporting people from diverse backgrounds

Comfortable travelling across Doveton, Frankston and Koo Wee Rup
