This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while building and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You'll have the support of our branch and product teams, along with access to an extensive range of leading industrial products and solutions.

to join our team.

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while building and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You'll have the support of our branch and product teams, along with access to an extensive range of leading industrial products and solutions.

Here’s a little bit about the role:

Develop and grow new business opportunities within your territory

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers

Develop and maintain a structured customer call plan

Conduct regular customer visits and identify opportunities to increase sales

Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer contacts

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product and service solutions

Prepare and follow up quotations and sales opportunities

Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within our CRM system

Work closely with internal sales, branch and product teams to deliver a high level of customer service

Monitor market activity and identify potential new customers and opportunities

Achieve agreed sales and growth targets

Here’s a little bit about you:



You're naturally a relationship builder who enjoys being out in front of customers and developing new opportunities. You're commercially minded, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your territory.

You’ll also possess:

Previous experience in an external sales, account management or business development role

Experience within industrial products, bearings, power transmission, mechanical products or a related industry would be highly regarded

Strong customer relationship and business development skills

A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities

Good organisational, planning and time management skills

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a broader team

Good computer literacy and the ability to effectively use CRM systems

Current driver’s licence
