The Prospect WeareseekingaqualifiedandexperiencedMechanicalFitter/MachinisttojoinabusyengineeringworkshopinWesternAustralia.Workingwithinaprofessionalandsafety-focusedteam,youwillcarryoutmechanicalfitting,machining,maintenance,andrepairworkacrossarangeofindustrialequipmentandcomponents.

Key Responsibilities

Carryoutmechanicalfittingandmachiningworktoahighstandard

Performmaintenance,repairandoverhaulofmechanicalequipment

Interpretandworkfromengineeringdrawingsandtechnicalspecifications

Operateworkshoptoolsandmachinerysafelyandefficiently

Inspectequipmentandidentifyfaultsorwear

Maintainhigh-qualityworkmanshipwhilemeetingprojectdeadlines

Complywithworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresatalltimes

Workcollaborativelywithsupervisorsandteammembers

Maintainaccuratejobdocumentationwhererequired

Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativeswithintheworkshop
