Pentacore pty ltd (comprise of 6 Indian supermarket chain-yes yes Indian supermarkets) is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team on a contract basis. Based in Tarneit, VIC, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our organisation. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business objectives. This contract position allows you to bring your expertise to a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our marketing performance and organisational success.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

look after our online business and the promotions.

Create engaging marketing content including copy, graphics and multimedia materials for digital and traditional platforms

Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategy

Coordinate marketing events, product launches and promotional activities to maximise brand visibility and customer engagement

Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product and senior management, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals





Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists and campaign materials to support ongoing marketing activities

Support the development of marketing materials and collateral, including brochures, presentations and promotional items

Assist with budget management and cost tracking for marketing initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation

What we're looking for

Qualification in marketing, communications, business or related field (diploma or degree preferred)

Proficiency in speaking Hindi.

1-3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing coordination or similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software

Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding and customer engagement strategies

Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from marketing metrics





Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative marketing solutions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior marketing staff

Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous

Familiarity with SEO, SEM or digital advertising concepts is desirable
