About the Role

n

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will provide leadership and direction across multiple operational teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

- Lead and support supervisors, crew leaders and operational teams
n
- Drive safety, quality and productivity outcomes across all worksites
n
- Manage operational planning, scheduling and resource allocation
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and project delivery
n
- Ensure compliance with contractual, company and legislative requirements
n
- Support business growth opportunities and contract development
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the region
n

About You

n

You are a confident leader who can motivate teams, solve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced operational environment.

n

n
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role
n
- Background in utilities, arboriculture, vegetation management, civil construction or a related industry
n
- Strong commercial and financial acumenExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
n
- Commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n

Location & Travel

n

This position is based in Rockhampton and requires regular travel throughout Central Queensland, including Mackay and surrounding operational areas.
