Job Description

Datacom is seeking a technology leader to transition to an automated, AI-led Platform Engineering model for the Reliability Operations Hub (ROH). The role oversees 24x7 operations across regions, drives SRE practices, and leads major incident response with executive communication.

It requires NV1 clearance and Australian citizenship eligibility. The leader will build standardised playbooks, governance, and a productised observability/service offering, spanning hybrid tech stacks and cloud
