You'll work alongside experienced educators to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. What You'll Be Doing
n

- Providing nurturing care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with our centre's philosophy
n
- Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based curriculum that supports holistic child development
n
- Conducting regular observations and documentation to track and support individual children's learning and growth
n
- Building robust,
respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
n
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
n
- Following all centre policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Certification including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
n
- Ability to contribute to programming duties including daily journals and learning stories
n
- Passion, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and education
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Right to work in Australia
