SANFL seeks an experienced football development leader to drive player and coach development across the South Australian Talent Pathway. You will design and deliver programs, mentor coaches and lead a multidisciplinary team to support technical, physical and wellbeing outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with AFL clubs, SANFL clubs and talent pathway partners, champion safeguarding and inclusive practices, and provide explicit leadership and reporting across the Talent Team.
