St Mary's Catholic School, Boyup Brook is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team in 2027.

We are looking for an enthusiastic educator with demonstrated experience teaching in a primary school setting and a commitment to creating engaging, inclusive and nurturing learning environments that support young children to thrive. Located in the heart of Boyup Brook, St Mary's is a small Catholic primary school with approximately 65 students from Three-Year-Old Kindergarten to Year 6. Our modern facilities, small class sizes and strong community connections create an ideal environment for delivering meaningful and personalised learning experiences.

You will be joining a team of experienced and dedicated educators who work collaboratively to support the growth and development of every student academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

Selection Criteria

We Are Seeking a Teacher Who Can

- Develop and nurture respectful relationships with students, staff and families.
- Promote and support the Catholic faith, education and ethos of the school.
- Demonstrate excellent teaching practice that engages,



motivates and supports students.
- Create inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young learners.
- Demonstrate experience teaching in a primary school classroom setting, preferably within the Early Years.
- Use data to differentiate curriculum and meet a variety of student needs.
- Apply contemporary, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.
- Work collaboratively within a cohesive and dedicated Teaching and Learning Team.
- Demonstrate strong organisational, technological and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively implement the Western Australian Curriculum.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and participation in learning communities.
- Contribute positively to whole-school initiatives and activities.

Qualifications Required

- TRBWA Teacher Registration
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Qualifications and/or experience in Early Childhood Education within a school setting will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated classroom teaching experience in a primary school environment is essential.
