The Opportunity As a Sales Associate,



you'll play an integral role in supporting a successful sales team while gaining valuable experience across the entire sales process.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Supporting the team with listings, campaigns and day-to-day sales activity
n
- Following up buyers, leads and database contacts
n
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections
n
- Prospecting and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
n
- Assisting with offers, contracts and sales administration
n
- Coordinating photography, marketing and property campaigns
n
- Maintaining the CRM and ensuring leads are followed up
n
- Learning from experienced agents with the opportunity to progress your own sales career
n

To be successful, you will have:

n

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration – essential
n
- A solid work ethic and hunger to succeed
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Confidence speaking with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
n
- A genuine interest in residential property and sales
n
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
n
- Motivation to learn, develop and progress within the industry
