FIFO Plumbers - Camp Maintenance NSW Based

We currently have a vacancy for experienced Plumber/Gasfitters to join our camp site maintenance team in Regional NSW.

n

If successful, you will be required to work with minimal supervision and be able to achieve high-quality workmanship. The position includes:

n

n
- Maintenance of portable buildings in camp settings
n
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment including power, water, sewer, gas, fire and communications
n
- Performing preventative camp maintenance
n
- Handling basic portable building and camp repairs & maintenance
n
- Undertake day to day preventative/reactive maintenance
n
- Fault diagnostic works on the camp including maintenance and refurbishment
n
- Reporting
n
- Safety analysis
n

n

You will be responsible for looking after all areas that you would find in a small town, in a remote area and in conditions that will be challenging at times

n

Qualifications

n

n
- NSW Gas Fitting Licence (desirable)
n




- 5 years experience in Commercial plumbing/gas fitting
n
- Must have a current driver's licence, white card and hepatitis vaccinations
n
- Current CPR/LVR cert preferred
n
- Camp maintenance experience - preferred
n
- NSW Electrical licence (B Class) - desirable
n
- Cert III in Water and Waste Water Operations - preferred
n
- Machinery tickets and High Risk licences will be looked on favourably
n
- 4WD cert - preferred
n
- Camp construction and/or maintenance will be looked on favourably
n
- Must be willing to be vaccinated for Hep A, Hep B and Tetanus if not already vaccinated
n

Competitive wages are paid weekly with superannuation on a 10 hour day

Ongoing work across various camps and future projects across Aust
