Shoalhaven City Council is seeking an experienced Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high quality, commercially focused programs at the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. You will manage staff, budgets, assets and risk, driving continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer service to the community.
The role reports to the Northern Recreation Manager and requires leadership, policy development, and robust financial oversight to align with the Council's Long Term Financial Plan.
