Job Description

Based in West End, this is a full time role working closely with our National Service team to help coordinate technicians, customers and the day-to-day administration of a busy national service operation. This is a varied and fast-moving role where communication, organisation and teamwork are just as important as previous service industry experience.

Key responsibilities

n

Managing and prioritising incoming service requests from clients

n

Coordinating technicians, jobs and workflow across the national service team

n

Supporting the National Operations Manager and wider service team with day-to-day scheduling and administration

n

Providing timely updates and progress reports to clients

n

Maintaining and capturing documentation of all service activities

n

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

n

About you

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal with customers, technicians and colleagues at all levels

n

A genuine team-oriented approach and the ability to build positive working relationships

n





Strong organisational and time management abilities

n

The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy and changing environment

n

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and using business systems

n

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

n

Previous experience in service coordination, administration, scheduling, customer service or account management would be highly regarded

n

Experience with Simpro or within the trade services, HVAC or construction industries would be an advantage, but is not essential
