The Role As the Boutique Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for all boutique visitors, setting the tone for a world-class client experience. Blending the warmth of a luxury hotel concierge with the professionalism of a boutique ambassador, you will welcome guests, manage appointments, coordinate hospitality, support after-sales services, and provide essential administrative assistance to the sales team. This is a highly visible position suited to someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding first impression by welcoming all guests into the boutique

Manage appointments and coordinate guest arrivals with the sales team

Provide luxury hospitality services, including refreshments and client comfort throughout their visit

Support after-sales service enquiries and coordinate service-related administration

Maintain client records and ensure accurate database management

Assist with boutique operations, stock administration and reporting

Support Client Advisors and management with daily administrative tasks

Handle incoming calls,



emails and client communications in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate boutique events, VIP appointments and special client experiences

Ensure the boutique setting remains immaculate and aligned with brand standards at all times

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, concierge services, customer service or front-of-house environments

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Impeccable presentation and professional communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative capabilities

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude

Confidence engaging with high-net-worth clientele and VIP guests

Proficiency with administrative systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office

Ability to remain calm, polished and solutions-focused under pressure
