Belgravia Leisure operates the NSW Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre and seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, safety and guest experience. You will lead a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, coaching and guiding them to deliver high-quality service.

This role focuses on plant operations, Lifeguard deployment, maintenance and safety compliance with policies and statutory requirements. A robust aquatic background and WHS knowledge are essential.
