DW Metal Fabrication Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Onsite Metalwork Installer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
n
This is a hands‐on role involving the installation of high‐quality custom architectural metalwork across residential and commercial projects. Our work includes balustrades, fences, gates, handrails, garden elements and other bespoke metalwork.
n
The majority of our projects are high‐end residential and commercial developments, primarily located throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Installation of custom architectural metalwork on site
n
- Installation of balustrades, fences, gates, handrails and other bespoke metalwork
n
- Working with high‐quality architectural finishes where accuracy and attention to detail are essential
n
- Reading and interpreting site plans, shop drawings and installation drawings
n
- Carrying out onsite adjustments and modifications where required
n
- Coordinating with builders, site supervisors and other trades
n
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and protected work environment
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in metal fabrication and/or onsite metalwork installation
n
- TIG and MIG welding experience
n
- Strong skills with hand tools and power tools
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Good problem‐solving skills and ability to think practically on site
n
- Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
n
- Flexible with working hours
n
- Willingness to work overtime when required
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence
n
