Holiday Property Concierge- Guest Services & Reservations

Based in the heart of Burleigh Heads, you are the first voice and the first face our guests meet. You'll look after guests from their first enquiry through to check-out, take and manage bookings, and keep every detail accurate along the way. You'll also work alongside our operations team, coordinating cleaning, quality control and maintenance so every property is ready on time. This is the hands-on role on the ground: the calls, the keys, the arrivals, the problem solved before the guest notices. No two days are the same, and you'll see how the whole business works, not just one corner of it. Key responsibilities Look the part, sound the part, be a part of a fast growing team Answer guest and owner enquiries by phone, email and booking platforms Take, update and amend bookings accurately, including changes and cancellations Run check-ins and check-outs: keys, access codes and arrival information Resolve everyday guest issues, and elevate the bigger ones Coordinate with cleaning, quality control and maintenance so properties are guest-ready Keep guest and property records accurate and current Help keep owners informed Hold our service standard high on every booking, every time About you Experience in hotel front office, reservations,



serviced apartments, guest services or similar Warm, clear communication on the phone and in writing Confident with reservation or property systems, and quick to learn new ones (we use Resly and Breezeway) Strong attention to detail: dates, bookings and payments have to be right Calm and skilled when things go sideways A professional presentation and manner that reflects the properties we represent Available for a rotating roster, generally two weekends a month plus public holidays Full working rights in Australia About us We manage a growing portfolio of short-term holiday accommodation across the Gold Coast.
